The Hutch features products from independent vendors.

• Product quality, labeling, and compliance are the responsibility of each vendor

• The Hutch does not manufacture or produce vendor goods

Food Pickup Hub

The Hutch serves as a pickup location for pre-paid vendor orders.

By using this service, you acknowledge:

• Orders are placed directly with vendors

• The Hutch does not process payments for these orders

• Vendors are responsible for food safety, packaging, and compliance

Pickup Responsibility

Customers must pick up orders within the designated timeframe.

• Perishable items not picked up may be discarded

• The Hutch is not responsible for missed pickups

Limitation of Liability

The Hutch is not liable for:

• product defects from vendors

• food safety issues

• missed pickups

• vendor-related disputes

Events & Space Use

The Hutch reserves the right to:

• host private events

• move or secure vendor items during events
